Since your "new" library is empty this in effect means that you download the references from your EndNoteOnline account to your new library/computer. Choose EndNote: Library > Sync to sync your new library with your existing EndNoteOnline library.
Your existing account will be upgraded to a premium EndNoteOnline account. If you have a Basic account of EndNoteOnline, you can upgrade it to a premium EndNoteOnline account by choosing EndNote: Edit > Preferences > Sync > Enable > Sign up. On EndNote for Mac its: EndNote: EndNote > Preferences > Sync. Enter the same login credentials into your EndNote preferences.
Log in to your EndNoteOnline account and note your email and password at.On Mac, we recommend saving to the Home folder (the house icon). On Mac, this means that you must not save your library in the document folder or on your desktop (these folders are by default synced by iCloud. Once the library is synced, go to FILE>SHARE and enter the email of users you wish to invite to share your library or use the Share Button. To sync go to TOOLS>SYNC or use the Sync Button. If you do not already have an EndNote Online (formerly called EndNote Web) account, go to EDIT>PREFERENCES>ENABLE SYNC and register for a free account to start sharing. If you would like to share only a part of your library then see the section below on using EndNote Online to share groups. From then on, when you sync on that computer, you do not need to open a new blank library. Please note that you are sharing your ENTIRE library, not just one group of references, and that one person is the sharer and the rest are sharees. This will download all your references from EndNote Online into your library.
